Inn-formation for Package SubmissionsPackage Submission Pricing.
 Pricing is cumulative, once the 2 package submission is passed, the inn drops to the next tier in pricing.Package submissions do not have to be made together and there is no expiration date from the submission of one package until the submission of the next package to be eligible to go to second tier pricing. Once an inn has reached the second tier pricing, this is in perpetuity.1st Tier Pricing:
1st Package submission on Granite State Vacations is $50.00 for the length of the package online.2nd. Package submission on Granite State Vacations is $50.00 for the length of the package online. The listing on Granite State Vacations will include up to 1500 characters of copy (approximately 200 words), one photo and one link to a specified web address. Package is available for a yearly or seasonal posting time period.
2nd Tier Pricing:
After submitting a total of two packages to Granite State Vacations, the package submission price drops to $25.00 per package.
Additional Options for both Tiers:
Limit of 3 additional items to be added per package.A $10.00 fee is to be assessed for each additional item, not to exceed $30.00.Options that may be added to each package:.(Limit of 3 in total, not 3 each)
Additional PhotosPDF's, (examples: Sign Up Forms, Press Release) Documents sent in MSword, Works or any other format submitted will be converted to PDF for posting.Logo(s)Additional URL links.Additional 1500 characters of copy (approximately 200 words)Multi-Property Packages:

For inns participating in multi-inn packages, quantity of participation in group deals does not count toward moving to the Tier Two level of individual pricing.

Form Submission Guidelines:
 All postings will be posted or be removed on the 1st or 15th (or the first business day after the 1st & 15th should they fall on a weekend or holiday).All items on the form are to be completed - incomplete submissions will be delayed and/or rejected. Please note the date to be posted & date to be removed must be specified. A package will remain on the site for up to one year from the original posting if it is a year round offering (an example would be "third night free on mid-week stays based on availability"). A package that is date/season specific will come off the site when that date or season is past ("March Maple Madness - weekend of March 28 & 29, 2008" will be removed on April 1st, "Ski Your local Ski Area and Stay at Your Inn for $xx per person above room rate" - comes off on the 1st or 15th closest to when the ski area listed closes for the year.A package can go onto the site anytime in advance of the event or season as long as the wording specifies what time period it falls under.The Forum is enthusiastic about having a large number of packages for tourists to choose from but will not let out of date items stay on the site.Granite State Vacations is owned and operated by NH Forum for Getaway Marketing
