In the beginning of 2008, 4 country inns in the Sunapee, NH region had an inspiration to join together and offer inn to inn bike tour packages. The idea was to offer guests an added value to their stays in this beautiful area and an invitation to pack their bags and visit for a fabulous fun filled vacation, while catering to the outdoor enthusiasts that abound looking for great places to stay and memories to last a lifetime.

and the hustle and bustle of daily life.
The inns are offering three different, four day midweek tours from inn to inn. Come for a tour and let your mind and body take a healthy break and you will return home relaxed, pampered, fit and revitalized.

On your bicycle tours you will enjoy passing the majestic gently rolling hills and serene valleys of the Sunapee region, glimpsing reclusive wildlife as you ride the back roads of the county. Travel though historic small towns with quaint shops to welcome your browsing pleasure. While you visit this lovely region, you can take time to swim in beautiful Highland Lake and boat the waters of Lake Sunapee. The region abounds with things to do: visit Kearsarge Indian Museum in Warner, the historic Fells Estate in Newbury and check out the many antique books shops and art galleries along your routes. Or take a day and go visit the number of historic covered bridges, each easily reachable on a leg of your bike tour.

You can ride the scenic Northern Rail Trail, maintained by the Friends of the Northern Rail Trail Group, with its trail head based a hop, skip and a jump from one of the inns on your tour. Stop in Newbury Harbor and enjoy a cool refreshing ice cream on a warm day as you bicycle from Henniker, NH to Sunapee, NH and pass by Mt. Sunapee and Sunapee State Park on your way
to the next destination inn.
